3M KCI PROMOGRAN® Matrix
PROMOGRAN® Matrix wound dressing is comprised of 45% oxidized regenerated cellulose (ORC) and 55% collagen in a sterile, freeze dried composite.
Optimum wound environment
PROMOGRAN® maintains a physiologically moist microenvironment at the wound surface. This environment is conducive to granulation tissue formation, epithelization and rapid wound healing.
