Shipping Info & Return Policy

For ground shipping, orders placed by 4:30 pm CST Monday-Friday are processed and shipped the same day. For same day  express shipping, orders must be placed by 5:00 pm CST.  There will be an extra freight charge for expedited orders.

Our standard shipping method for all orders (except those addressed to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the United States) will be FedEx Ground Service with detailed tracking from shipment to delivery. Expedited shipping is available at an extra charge. 

Orders shipping outside the continental United States will incur an additional shipping charge.  We will contact you with the amount before shipping your order.

Standard ground shipping rates range from depending on the package's size and weight. Domestic express shipping is available for an additional charge.

Orders shipped to the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska incur an additional $15 shipping charge. Shipping to Canada is $35. Free-shipping offers do not apply to these destinations.

Return Policy

We offer a full 100% money back guarantee (less shipping and handling) on every item we sell within 30 days of purchase. If it does not meet your standards for any reason, simply let us know and we will take it back for a refund. We will gladly issue a return shipping label if the return is a result of our error (received incorrect or defective item, etc.)  In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs back to us and may use their preferred carrier. After 30 days, a restocking fee of 10% may apply. Please note we can not accept opened items.
