How to Delete Your Data (“Right to Erasure”)
To request the deletion of your data, please contact us using the details below. Upon confirmation, we will:
- Deactivate your customer account
- Remove your saved shipping and billing profiles from our active database and CIM
- Retain a secure, archived copy of your order history for financial auditing and compliance purposes
- Remove you from future email and mailing campaigns
Processing time: Up to 4 weeks.
Please note that while we will remove your personal information from our active systems, certain data may be securely retained as required for auditing, legal, and regulatory compliance.
Change of Control
If the ownership of our business changes, we may transfer your information to the new owner so they can continue to operate the Website and provide the Services. The new owner will be obliged to comply with this Policy.
