The Medtronic GIA10038L is a blue SULU (Single Use Loading Unit) reload designed for use with 80mm GIA™ staplers featuring DST Series™ Technology. It delivers four staggered rows of titanium staples with a 3.8mm leg length, ideal for standard-thickness tissue. While classified as non-cutting, the reload includes an integrated blade that is actuated by the stapler to enable simultaneous stapling and transection. Commonly used in general, bariatric, and colorectal procedures, this reload offers consistent performance and compatibility with Medtronic’s GIA™ platform.
