Description

Argon BioPince Full-Core Biopsy

BioPince® utilizes the revolutionary “tri-axial “ Cut and Capture cannula system, designed to harvest diagnostic quality specimens while reducing the risk of crush artifact and tissue fragmentation.

  • A cylindrical, full core specimen is harvested for clinical diagnosis. Up to 59% more tissue volume than traditional core biopsy devices that use the side notch technology.
  • Variable stroke lengths enhance clinical flexibility: 13 mm yields 9 mm specimen length, 23 mm yields 19 mm specimen length, or 33 mm yields 29 mm specimen length.
  • Available in 18G and 16G. Numerically ordered centimeter markings facilitate precise depth placement of the needle.
  • Lightweight and ease of firing make the BioPince® ideal for CT guided procedures.
  • Can be used with Co-axial Introducer Needles.
