Arthrex FiberTape, LabralTape & TigerTape
FiberTape is an ultra-high strength 2mm wide tape using a similar long chain polyethylene structure as the FiberWire suture. In addition to high-demand applications like AC joint reconstruction, the broad footprint of the FiberTape is appropriate for repairs in degenerative cuff tissue where tissue pull-through may be a concern.
The Low Profile Tape, with its special structure made of polyethylene, combines the advantages of the FiberWire and the FiberTape. Its wide supporting surface reduces the risk of tissue notching by 37%, compared to a #2 FiberWire. At the same time, an enlarged footprint emerges which promotes the healing of the labrum. The LabralTape is the ideal partner for the 2.9 mm PushLock or the 3.5 mm Labral SwiveLock.
