Medtronic Activa SC Neurostimulator 

The Activa SC neurostimulator works with one extension and one lead. Two Activa SC neurostimulators are required for bilateral therapy, or stimulation of both sides of the brain. Bilateral neurostimulation using two Activa SC neurostimulators is approved for the treatment of Parkinson's disease.
