Cook Stamey

Used to provide diversionary bladder drainage during and post TURP by percutaneous placement of a loop catheter. The loop promotes retention of the catheter within the dome of the bladder. 

  • Connecting tube – Polyvinylchloride, 14.0F, 30 cm length, with stopcock (plastic)
  • Connecting tube – Polyvinylchloride, 14.0F, 210 cm length
  • Loop catheter – Polyethylene
  • Needle obturator – Stainless steel

Caution: This product contains natural rubber latex which may cause allergic reactions in some individuals. 

Caution: Periodic evaluation is advised; catheter must not remain indwelling more than four weeks.
