Description
Medtronic ev3 RapidCross™ 0.014" Rapid Exchange PTA Balloon Catheter
Treat tighter and more distal lesions
Introducing a balloon that offers rapid exchange convenience with kink-resistant pushability for below-the-knee (BTK) interventions. Unlike some competitive products, the RapidCross™ balloon is not a coronary balloon retrofitted for BTK. Every detail – from the low profile tip to the robust RX port to the long catheter length – was thoughtfully designed for exceptional performance below the knee.
Cross and treat even the tightest lesions
- Extremely low tip entry and crossing profiles, lubricious balloon coating, and tapered long balloons
Kink-resistant pushability to withstand tortuosity
- In-line proximal wire exit port and alloy support wire significantly reduce kinking compared to competitive designs
