GORE® MYCROMESH® Biomaterial
In applications such as laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair, surgeons require a surgical biomaterial that enables rapid fixation by tissue incorporation.
GORE® MYCROMESH® Biomaterial provides the answer to the most demanding hernia and soft tissue reconstructions. Made from strong, soft, inert and conformable ePTFE, GORE® MYCROMESH® Biomaterial incorporates a microporous node and fibril structure with regularly spaced macropores. This structure ensures early fixation to host tissue with minimal foreign body response and extensive vascularization.
