Parietex Composite hiatal mesh PCO2H3 is an 9cm × 8cm horseshoe-shaped polyester knit overlaid on its visceral side with an absorbable collagen film. The macroporous textile encourages rapid tissue ingrowth and conformity to the hiatus, while the smooth collagen barrier helps limit adhesions to the oesophagus and surrounding viscera – providing surgeons a low-profile option for laparoscopic or open repair of hiatal hernias and GERD-related defects.
